Ronny Ghantous - AHA's Chef of the Year
"Where do you see yourself in five years" was the question Patrick Gallagher asked Ronny Ghantous in their first interview when Ronny applied for a job with Gallagher Hotel Management.
"I want to be the best chef available" was Ronny's reply....and now...he has been recognised as such.
I shot a video of Chef Ronny and Chef David Park preparing one of the Gallagher Hotel Management's Signature Dishes - Lamb Shanks. This video has now been downloaded, as of this morning, 21,016 times. Imagine if 10% of those downloaders visited a GHM hotel to try the Lamb Shanks. WOW! It makes shooting the video is a very successful marketing idea.
